Thank You so much @hlsbs (Helen Stothard) 0

Until recently the project had kept away from blogging, but we’re now on the blog and we can thank Helen Stothard of HLS Business Solutions for her #followfriday blog post about the Top10Tips Project.

As it seems, Helen writes every week a #followfriday blog post for Twitter and she included the small business tips in her business blog.

This site is such a breath of fresh air…it’s all about collaboration and sharing of knowledge…as I said, they are experts in their field.

Take a look at closer look at Helen’s regular #followfriday blog postings…they’re something else.  Very regular, very real and a great insight.  So nice of Helen to recognise Top10Tips.co.uk as a source of reliable and relevant information.

Thanks to Helen.

Signposting for Social Enterprise! 0

You know when a project is starting to work:  the community start to refer to the pieces that have been written.  Interestingly in the first couple of days of this month, we noted a link from the UnLtd’s website blog about Adrian Aston and his feature Social Enterprise: Business on a Social Mission.

Quote from the blogger:

There’s an abundance of useful links on the forums and I found a link to Adrian’s top 10 tips which I feel is a really full explanation of what a social enterprise does and should be for a newcomer.

Here it is:

Thanks to Kate (the blogger) who must be one of the hundreds that read Adrian’s feature last month.  It’s great that Kate has engaged with the project and it’s even better that she sees the feature as pre-cursor to a wider subject for our website visitors.

Comments like this is what the project is for….relevant, reliable and reputable information for small business.

It’s great to see these comments being made.  Feel free to link to any of the articles in your blogs.

May must be the month of Advertising :) 0

May must be the month of Advertising.

It would seem the feature from Damien (@dr_ppc) on Pay Per Click is doing so well with 217 hits on 10th day of this month.   Perhaps it’s because we mentioned the AtoZ of Pay Per Click that Damien is currently preparing.

Or maybe it is because people are advertising their way out of April and want some reliable and reputable tips on how to go about advertising their small business online.

Read about Test & Measure with Pay Per Click this May with Damien’s Pay Per Click advertising tips.
